Currently leading a large-scale GCC-to-Systems-Integrator transformation for a major Saudi telecom group, spanning workforce planning, career architecture, total rewards, and AI governance. Previously, scaling Bureau Veritas' Global Shared Services Centre, and building offshore delivery centres and niche technical capability from scratch to win major client accounts.
